A quick and flavorful baked chicken and rice dish seasoned with ranch, perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner.

dry ranch seasoning mix

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Combine chicken, ranch mix, rice, and broth in a baking dish; stir well.
Cover with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle cheese if using, and bake 5 more minutes.
Rest for 5 minutes, then fluff and serve.
Notes
