  • 1 lb ground chicken (Choose lean for juicy texture)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
  • 2 green onions green onions (sliced thinly)
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sriracha or chili flakes (optional)
  • 8 leaves butter lettuce or iceberg (for wrapping)

  • to taste fresh cilantro or basil (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Cook ground chicken in a skillet until browned.
  • Add garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, and chili flakes; cook for 2-3 minutes.
