This easy low carb high protein meal is perfect for a quick and healthy dinner option.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 220 g ground turkey

Vegetables

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp zucchini, shredded
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp green pesto

Seasoning

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined and form walnut-sized meatballs.
  • Cook in a nonstick pan with a little fat and cover with a lid.
  • In 4-5 minutes, flip to the other side and cook as desired.
  • Serve with salad, cauliflower rice, or zoodles for a complete meal!

Notes

For added flavor, consider using different herbs or spices.
