This easy low carb high protein meal is perfect for a quick and healthy dinner option.
Ingredients
Meat

ground turkey
Vegetables
3
cloves
garlic, minced

tbsp
basil, chopped
2
tbsp
zucchini, shredded
2
tbsp
mozzarella cheese, shredded
1
tsp
green pesto
Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined and form walnut-sized meatballs.
Cook in a nonstick pan with a little fat and cover with a lid.
In 4-5 minutes, flip to the other side and cook as desired.
Serve with salad, cauliflower rice, or zoodles for a complete meal!
