A simple and flavorful baked chicken recipe infused with honey, lemon, and fresh thyme, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

fresh thyme

fresh lemon juice
(from 1 large lemon)

honey
2
cloves
garlic, minced

olive oil

kosher salt

freshly ground black pepper

thin lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Whisk honey, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic until combined.
Pat chicken dry, season with salt and black pepper. Place in a baking dish.
Pour glaze over chicken, tuck thyme sprigs around and on top. Add lemon slices if desired.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Halfway, spoon glaze or flip chicken.
Rest for 5 minutes, then serve with pan juices and lemon slices for garnish.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a pat of butter before baking.
