Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.
Sauté chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Reduce heat, add cream cheese and milk, stirring until smooth.
Mix in spinach and cooked pasta, then stir in Parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes during cooking.
