A flavorful and creamy Cajun chicken pasta dish that's quick to prepare and perfect for weeknight dinners.

Instructions
Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, cook in olive oil until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F, then rest and slice into strips.
Melt butter in skillet, sauté garlic, add heavy cream and chicken broth, season with Cajun, paprika, onion powder; simmer 3-4 mins.
Reduce heat, stir in Parmesan until melted, add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cook 2 mins.
Add cooked pasta to sauce, loosen with reserved pasta water if needed, top with sliced chicken and parsley, then serve.
Notes
Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for spiciness.
