Instructions
Sauté onion, carrot, and celery in olive oil for 7-8 minutes until softened.
Add garlic, rosemary, sage, and chili flakes; cook for 1 minute.
Stir in beans and stock; bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add chicken, Parmesan, and kale; cook for 1-2 minutes until warmed and wilted.
Stir in lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot with extra Parmesan.
Notes
You can add extra Parmesan on top for more flavor.
