Instructions
Heat 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 2 teaspoons neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken pieces and cook until browned, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter, onion, and vegetables; cook until tender. Push to side.
Scramble eggs in the cleared side of the skillet, then mix with vegetables. Add cooked chicken, rice, soy sauce, lemon juice, and remaining butter; stir well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
