Instructions
Season chicken tenders with cumin, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
Cook chicken in 3 tablespoons olive oil until browned and cooked through.
Mix cooked chicken with lime juice, lemon juice, sugar, and chopped cilantro.
Warm tortillas and fill with rice, chicken mixture, corn, and cheese.
Wrap and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dollop of sour cream or hot sauce.
