Instructions
Cook the BBQ chicken flatties according to package instructions and shred if needed.
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, shredded cabbage, lime juice, salt, coriander, sweetcorn, olive oil, cajun spice, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat.
Prepare the spicy rice as per package instructions.
Slice the little gem lettuce into ribbons.
Assemble bowls with rice, chicken mixture, lettuce, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
Notes
