Instructions
Debone the chicken thighs and pat dry.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat oil in a pan, cook chicken skin side down until golden, then flip and cook through.
Mix honey, garlic, water, vinegar, soy, sesame oil, and cornstarch to make sauce. Pour over chicken and simmer until thickened.
Flip chicken briefly to absorb sauce, garnish with green onions, then slice and serve.
