Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then rinse under cold water and set aside.
Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, ginger, and red pepper flakes; set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook chicken with salt and pepper until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add vegetables and stir-fry 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return chicken and noodles to the pan. Pour sauce over and toss to combine, cooking 1-2 minutes until heated through. Stir in green onions and cook 30 seconds. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
