Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 rack baby back ribs

Seasonings

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 60 ml dark soy sauce
  • 60 ml sweet soy sauce
  • 85 g raw honey
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin

Instructions 

  • Mix onion powder, paprika, and cumin; rub over ribs.
  • Combine minced garlic, dark soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and honey; brush over ribs.
  • Cut ribs in half, place in slow cooker, and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  • Brush ribs with reserved marinade every hour.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the ribs marinate overnight before cooking.
