Instructions
Cook your chosen rice according to package instructions, about 15-20 minutes.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with 1 cup of teriyaki sauce for at least 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Add diced bell peppers and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender but crisp. Then add pineapple and remaining teriyaki sauce, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Assemble bowls by spooning rice into bowls, topping with chicken and pineapple mixture, garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
