A fresh and healthy wrap combining grilled chicken, creamy avocado, and crisp vegetables, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 3 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 pieces Ripe Avocados
  • 4 pieces Whole Grain Tortilla Wraps

Greens

  • 2 cups Mixed Greens (spinach and arugula)
  • 1 cup Halved Cherry Tomatoes

Dairy

  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 unit Juice of 1 Lemon
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, grill for 6-7 minutes per side, then rest and slice.
  • Mash avocados with lemon juice and salt until creamy but chunky.
  • Spread Greek yogurt on tortillas, layer greens, sliced chicken, mashed avocado, and cherry tomatoes.
  • Roll tortillas tightly, cut in half diagonally, and serve immediately or wrap for later.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs or a dash of hot sauce.
