A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining tender chicken with colorful vegetables, perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Vegetables

fresh garlic, minced

mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green)

broccoli florets

carrots, thinly sliced

low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and garlic. Marinate chicken.
Cook chicken in a skillet until browned (5-7 min).
Add carrots; after 3-4 min, add bell peppers and broccoli. Cook until tender.
Toss everything together and serve over rice or noodles.
