Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Season chicken with spices, then sear until cooked through. Set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter, add seasonings, then whisk in flour, broth, cream, and spinach. Simmer until thickened.
Stir in parmesan until melted, then toss with pasta and chicken. Add pasta water if needed to thin sauce.
Notes
Use gluten-free pasta and dairy-free cheese for a vegan-friendly option.
