Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray.
Mix flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne in one bowl. Beat eggs in another. Place crushed cornflakes in a third bowl.
Coat each chicken tender in flour mixture, dip in eggs, then roll in crushed cornflakes, pressing to adhere.
Arrange tenders on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart. Lightly spray or drizzle with oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Cool briefly before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, press cornflakes firmly onto the chicken.
