Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder, and paprika.
Whisk honey, dijon mustard, garlic, and melted butter; pour over chicken in crockpot.
Cook on LOW for about 3 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Shred chicken and stir in heavy cream 30 minutes before serving.
Mix cornstarch with cold water, stir into sauce, and cook on low until thickened.
Serve once sauce reaches desired thickness.
