  • 1 lb chicken fillets
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups gnocchi

Instructions 

  • Add chicken, broth, onion, garlic, and salt to the Crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Shred the chicken and stir in the gnocchi, spinach, and heavy cream. Cook for another 20-30 minutes until the gnocchi is tender.
  • Serve hot.
