A flavorful and easy-to-make chicken dish cooked in the crock pot with sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and spinach.

Instructions
Place chicken in crock pot and season with salt, pepper, and pressed garlic.
Top chicken with sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and diced onion.
Cook on high for 2.5-3 hours or low for 3.5-4 hours.
Once cooked, add spinach on top and let sit for 5-10 minutes to wilt, then stir in.
Serve hot as whole breasts or shredded with toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, use fresh herbs or additional garlic.
