wood pellets for traeger (hickory or mesquite recommended)
your choice of wing sauce (buffalo, bbq, or dry rub for tossing)
Instructions
Pat the chicken wings dry and place them in a large bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over the wings, mix spices, and coat the wings thoroughly.
Preheat the Traeger to 225°F (107°C) with wood pellets.
Smoke the wings for 45 minutes to 1 hour until they reach 165°F (74°C).
Increase heat to 425°F (218°C) and cook for another 15-20 minutes for crispiness.
Toss in your favorite sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure wings are well-dried before seasoning.
