Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1.5 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (cut into slider-sized pieces)
  • 1.5 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp Hot Sauce

Breading

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika

Sauce

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Chipotle Peppers in Adobo (minced)

Buns

  • 6 brioche slider buns Brioche Slider Buns (lightly toasted)

Pickles

  • 18 slices Crinkle-Cut Dill Pickles (3 slices per slider)

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk and hot sauce for 15 minutes.
  • Dredge chicken in flour, cornstarch, and smoked paprika mixture.
  • Fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Mix mayonnaise with minced chipotle peppers to make aioli.
