4leaveslettuce petite romaine or butter lettuce leaves
chicken
2tenderschicken prepared crispy chicken breast tenders or grilled or roasted chicken breast(Cooked as preferred)
parmesan crisps
0.5ozparmesan cheese, finely grated(about 14g)
Caesar dressing
0.75cupmayonnaise(Kewpie mayo recommended)
1tspDijon mustard
1clovegarlic(roughly chopped)
1tspWorcestershire sauce
1tspanchovy paste
2tbsplemon juice
0.5ozParmesan cheese, freshly grated(about 14g)
0.25tspsalt
0.25tsppepper
3tbspextra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread grated parmesan on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool and break into pieces.
Blend mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic, Worcestershire, anchovy paste, lemon juice, parmesan, salt, pepper, and olive oil until smooth. Adjust consistency with water if needed.
Cook chicken tenders until crispy, using air fryer or preferred method.
To assemble, place 1-2 lettuce leaves on each plate, add a dollop of dressing, top with chicken, parmesan crisps, extra dressing, herbs, and black pepper.
Notes
For extra crispiness, cook chicken tenders in an air fryer.
