Ingredients

Chicken Wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Combine chicken wings and olive oil in a bowl, tossing to coat.
  • Mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne, and baking powder in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle spice mixture over wings and toss to coat.
  • Arrange wings on the wire rack and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure wings are not touching on the rack.
