A delicious and creamy chicken dish with a rich tomato sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

14 ounces crushed tomatoes

heavy cream

Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil for 5-6 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
Sauté chopped onion in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Pour in crushed tomatoes and heavy cream, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add dried basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes if desired.
Return chicken to the skillet, nestle into sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan, cover, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the sauce simmer longer to deepen the taste.
