Instructions
Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper, then sear in a skillet until golden and cooked through.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, onion, red peppers, and paprika until fragrant.
Deglaze with chicken stock, simmer briefly.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, then return chicken to the sauce and warm through.
Stir in basil leaves, garnish with extra Parmesan and basil, then serve.
