Instructions
Pat chicken dry, then dredge in flour mixture. Sear in oil and butter until golden, then remove.
Sauté garlic in the same pan, add chicken broth, and scrape up browned bits.
Stir in cream, lemon juice, thyme, and simmer until slightly thickened. Whisk in Parmesan and lemon zest.
Return chicken to pan, spoon sauce over, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine during the sauce simmering step.
