A rich and flavorful chicken dish with a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Instructions
Slice chicken in half horizontally and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes per side.
Remove chicken, lower heat, add butter and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in cream, add Parmesan, and simmer until sauce thickens.
Return chicken to skillet, simmer for 2–3 minutes, then serve garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
