Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in a skillet with olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Melt butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add chicken broth, scraping browned bits. Pour in heavy cream, onion powder, and Italian seasoning; simmer 3-4 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, then add spinach; cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Return chicken to skillet, simmer 3-4 minutes to combine flavors.
