Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cook for 6-8 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining olive oil, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth, simmer 2-3 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, cook until thickened (3-4 minutes). Add Italian seasoning and chicken, cook 2-3 minutes.
Divide rice into bowls, top with chicken and broccoli, garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
