Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings.
Dredge chicken in flour and cook in olive oil until golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic cloves until fragrant, then add chicken broth, bouillon, soy sauce, onion powder, thyme, and mustard powder. Simmer.
Return chicken to the pan, add butter and heavy cream, and cook until sauce thickens. Stir in Parmesan if desired.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and high-quality chicken broth.
