Ingredients

  • 3 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
  • Add butter to the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Add uncooked pasta and simmer until al dente and sauce thickens.
  • Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, then add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer briefly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Ensure not to overcrowd the pan when cooking the chicken for best searing results.
