Enjoy these flavorful stuffed peppers filled with shredded chicken and a creamy salsa verde mixture, baked to perfection.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Halve the peppers, remove seeds and ribs.
Mix paprika, onion powder, cream cheese, salsa verde, and 3 oz cheddar. Fold in chicken and scallions.
Fill peppers with the mixture, top with remaining cheddar, cover with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until peppers are tender.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
