Instructions 

  • Cook the orzo in boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant and translucent.
  • Add chicken breast pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, then stir in heavy cream and cooked orzo. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
