Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

Produce

  • 1 ripe avocado avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Dairy & Condiments

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Spices & Seasonings

Bread & Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas flour tortillas

Instructions 

  • Mix cooked chicken with mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  • Add sliced avocado, shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro on top.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  • Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately or chill before serving.
