A flavorful and easy-to-make chicken dish featuring bright orange and tart cranberry sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.

Instructions
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and rub with 1 tbsp of 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and orange zest.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
Sauté shallots in the remaining oil until golden, then add orange juice and cook for 2-3 minutes, deglazing the pan.
Add cranberry sauce and stir to combine. Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over it.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken rest for a few minutes after cooking.
