  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust based on spice preference)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Rinse and dry the chicken wings, then place them in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the marinade over the wings, coat well, cover, and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with a wire rack.
  • Arrange the wings on the rack and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let the wings rest, garnish with parsley, and serve with hot sauce if desired.
