Ingredients

Chicken

  • 3-4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic

Pasta

  • 8 oz linguine pasta

Dairy

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions 

  • Boil water, cook linguine until al dente, then drain, reserving some pasta water.
  • In a skillet, melt half of the butter, season chicken, and cook until golden (5-7 min).
  • Add garlic, paprika, and Italian seasoning; sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, add remaining butter, and stir until slightly thickened.
  • Toss cooked linguine with sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan or fresh herbs before serving.
