Instructions
Prepare three dishes: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs and buttermilk, and one with crushed cornflakes.
Dip chicken strips in flour, then in egg mixture, and finally coat with crushed cornflakes.
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry chicken in batches for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
Drain on paper towels and keep warm until serving.

Ensure oil temperature is maintained for crispy coating.
