Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 1 unit diced onion
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • 500 grams mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • 1 unit shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 6 cups broth
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Sauté onion, celery, and garlic until softened.
  • Add mushrooms and thyme, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
  • Stir in shredded chicken and broth, bringing to a simmer.
  • Mix in cream and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  • Season with chili flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.
