  • 2 pounds Georges Farmers Market chicken wings
  • 1 can (15 ounces) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup Thai red curry paste
  • 1 lime zested and juiced
  • Kosher salt Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper Black pepper
  • to taste Cilantro, for serving
  • to taste Thinly sliced scallions, for serving
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (for the sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste (for the sauce)
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice (for the sauce)
  • 2 teaspoons honey (for the sauce)
  • Kosher salt Kosher salt (for the sauce)

Instructions 

  • Mix coconut milk, curry paste, lime zest, and lime juice; season with salt. Marinate chicken wings for at least 4 hours.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook wings for 18 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Roast wings on a lined sheet for 20 minutes, flip, then cook 15-25 minutes until done.
  • Toss cooked wings in coconut curry sauce or serve as a dip. Garnish with cilantro, scallions, and lime wedges.
  • For the sauce, simmer coconut milk, curry paste, lime juice, honey, and salt until fragrant and slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
