Instructions
Mix coconut milk, curry paste, lime zest, and lime juice; season with salt. Marinate chicken wings for at least 4 hours.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook wings for 18 minutes, flipping halfway.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Roast wings on a lined sheet for 20 minutes, flip, then cook 15-25 minutes until done.
Toss cooked wings in coconut curry sauce or serve as a dip. Garnish with cilantro, scallions, and lime wedges.
For the sauce, simmer coconut milk, curry paste, lime juice, honey, and salt until fragrant and slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
