Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound Chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup Buttermilk

Dry Mix

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Frying Oil

  • for frying Vegetable oil (enough for 2 inches in skillet)

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 30-60 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  • Coat chicken in flour mixture and fry until golden, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
