Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce

Dairy & Vegetables

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chipotle mayo
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Wraps

  • 2 large flour tortillas

Instructions 

  • Mix chipotle sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; coat chicken.
  • Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through; rest and slice into strips.
  • Warm tortillas in skillet; spread chipotle mayo on each.
  • Add chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese; roll into wraps.
  • Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the wraps slightly before filling.
