  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 limes lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • Fresh cilantro cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  • Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
