Instructions
Marinate chicken with soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining oil, then stir-fry garlic, chili peppers, onions, and peppers until tender.
Return chicken to the pan, add oyster sauce, sesame oil, and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot over steamed rice, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
Adjust chili peppers to your preferred spice level.
