Instructions
Marinate chicken with salt, ginger garlic paste, baking soda, and rice vinegar. Coat with cornstarch and all-purpose flour.
Deep fry the coated chicken until golden and crispy. Drain excess oil.
Stir-fry garlic, ginger, red chilies, onion, and bell pepper in oil. Add red chili paste, soy sauce, and tomato ketchup.
Add fried chicken to the sauce and toss well. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens.
