Instructions
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C) with hickory or applewood.
Rinse and dry wings, then coat with olive oil and seasonings.
Place wings on smoker rack and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Brush BBQ sauce on wings during the last 10-15 minutes if desired.
Remove wings at 165°F (74°C) and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try marinating the wings overnight.
