  • 907 grams chicken wings
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 15 grams garlic powder
  • 15 grams onion powder
  • 15 grams smoked paprika
  • 5 grams black pepper
  • 5 grams salt
  • 5 grams cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • your favorite bbq sauce (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C) with hickory or applewood.
  • Rinse and dry wings, then coat with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Place wings on smoker rack and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours.
  • Brush BBQ sauce on wings during the last 10-15 minutes if desired.
  • Remove wings at 165°F (74°C) and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try marinating the wings overnight.
