Instructions
Cook noodles in boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch to make the teriyaki sauce; set aside.
Sear chicken in oil until golden and cooked through; remove and set aside.
Stir-fry garlic, ginger, bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli until tender-crisp.
Add noodles, chicken, and sauce; toss to coat and simmer briefly until sauce thickens. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast sesame seeds before garnishing.
