Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided

Vegetables & Fruits

  • 8 leaves butter lettuce, rinsed
  • 1 diced avocado
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 0.25 cup onion, diced
  • 0.5 cup cilantro, loosely packed
  • 0.5 cup Greek Yogurt or sour-cream or mayo
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Spicy & Seasonings

  • 1 optional jalapeno (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 half lime juice of 1/2 lime
  • Pinch pinch salt

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with taco seasoning and minced garlic, then cook in 1 tablespoon olive oil until cooked through.
  • While chicken cooks, prepare toppings: dice avocado and tomato, chop onion and cilantro.
  • Mix Greek yogurt with minced garlic, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make the sauce.
  • Slice cooked chicken and assemble wraps with lettuce leaves, chicken, vegetables, and sauce.
  • Drizzle with remaining olive oil and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime or hot sauce.
